Is your shoe true to size?

Our shoes are designed in a normal fit. If your feet are relatively wide or you have a higher instep and are used to wearing thick socks, you can use commuting shoe sizes as a reference.

I read some reviews that the collar hair is easy to fall off, is that true?

Our fur is artificial fur, so there may be a small amount of floating hair during the cutting process. If the collar hair starts to fall off, you can use a dryer to blow off the surface of the floating hair to prevent it from affecting your use.

Is your shoe supportive?

Due to the characteristics of memory foam, it needs time to rebound. We recommend giving our slippers a proper "vacation" to extend the service life of the product.

Can I wear your shoe for a longer time?

We have optimized and upgraded the product. We use TPR sole as our outsole and have increased the percentage of rubber, making it more wear-resistant.

What is your material made of?

We strongly support environmental and animal protection. The upper material is made of microsuede, which is composed of millions of very fine microfibers. Faux suede is more resistant to wear and stains compared to real suede.
